The video below is a lecture from Robert Sapolsky about depression. Sapolsky is a professor of biology, as well as a professor of neurology and neurological sciences at Stanford University (basically, he’s a very smart guy). The video is 52 minutes long, so only watch it if you have time. If you do have time, I could hardly recommend this video any more than I do now — it’s incredibly informative and wildly fascinating! It’s definitely one of those videos that it almost feels like I should have to pay for.
